Russ Lampert earned a bachelor of science in chemistry from the University of Alberta and an MBA from Dartmouth College. A finance and corporate management professional, Russ Lampert has worked in technology startups, established companies, and investment ventures.
Mr. Lampert's professional path combines financial oversight, interim executive roles, and investment management. He began his career as a senior auditor at Deloitte & Touche before moving into leadership roles at Pure Software, Aurigin Systems, and iVendor. He later founded Lampert Consulting, where he served as an interim executive for venture-backed companies in the telecommunications and cleantech sectors. Alongside this work, he managed Lampert Investments, where he oversaw portfolios in real estate, timber, agriculture, and mining across the western United States.
From 2013 to 2025, Mr. Lampert held the position of chief financial officer and executive vice president at Mach49, a venture-building firm in Menlo Park, California. In that role, he worked with large corporations to support the development and launch of new ventures.
